This product notice is to inform you that we have made the following key improvements to 2” and 3” Kimray Low Pressure Balanced Control Valves. These key updates mean your valves will stand up better in harsh conditions while allowing you increased flexibility and faster repair.
Valves with these new components began shipping June 1, 2018.
E3 — Low Pressure Control Valve
2” and 3” Low Pressure Balanced Control Valves will feature the following changes:
- Reversible one-piece HSN seat with metal insert in diaphragm-balanced and piston-balanced models
- Delrin ratio plug in diaphragm-balanced and piston-balanced models
- Delrin cage in diaphragm-balanced model only
- All O-rings changed to HSN
